As a part of your Agreement of Sale to purchase a home in Chester County, you can elect contingencies that allow you to hire a professional to inspect many different items and conditions in the home.

What's in a Name? 
I sure wouldn't want the job of sitting around a table and choosing the Names to call the streets in a development!  It was stressful enough coming up with the names of my three children!

A home on Mount Misery, my favorite, unusual street was recently sold in my office. When I saw the name, I said to the listing agent, "Oh boy. You might have that one a while"

Do people pay attention when looking at homes what the name of the street is?  I know I had a client that was very particular about the house number - each digit had to add up to be an odd number, or she wouldn't even look at it!
